der Unabhängigkeit Sloweniens wurde im Rahmen der Partei der Slowenischen Christdemokraten (SKD) ein besonderer Ausschuss gegründet, der die Gemeinde mit Werten bereichern und mit wichtigen Aktivitäten das Dorf wiederbeleben wollte. Der Ausschuss stand unter der Leitung von Marta Toplak, Marija Tašner und Jože Bezjak. Das Dorf gründet auf den Merkmalen der Pfarre. Der Schutzpatron von Juršinci ist der Hl. Laurentius, dessen Symbol der Rost ist, auf dem er verbrannt wurde. Ein weiteres wichtiges Merkmal des Dorfes ist die Rebschulwirtschaft zusammen mit dem Weinbau. Diese Symbole wurden gezeichnet und der Heraldik der Republik Slowenien vorgestellt – so entstand das Gemeindewappen von Juršinci.
