Pesnica

The Municipality of Pesnica extends along the slopes of the picturesque Slovenske gorice and into the valley of the Pesnica River. The municipality has a predominantly agricultural character, as indicated by the large proportion of the farming population. It is also oriented toward tourism, small business, and service activities. The municipality consists of four local communities: Jarenina, Jakobski Dol, Pernica, and Pesnica.
