Žetale

Žetale lies in the southwest part of Haloze. The territory of Žetale is very rugged, characterized by steep slopes. Individual peaks rise above 400 m. They spread over 38 km2 of forested Haloze. Only in 1998 did Žetale and the villages around it become an independent municipality. Before that, they belonged to the municipality of Ptuj.
